Speedy Stir Fry


Stir Fry

Serves: 4
Syns per serving:
  • Extra Easy: FREE

ingredients

400g cooked, skinless chicken breast, roughly shredded
2 packets of Low fat Super Noodles
300g pack crunchy stir-fry vegetables
6 spring onions, finely sliced
One calorie cooking spray
spring onion slivers, to garnish


method

1. cook super noodles as per instructions
2. add shredded chicken and stir fry veg. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until piping hot.
4. Remove from the heat and stir in the spring onions. Serve immediately garnished with spring onion slivers
