Crustless Quiche


Crustless Quiche

1. Prepare whatever super free vegg that take your fancy
( Peppers, onion, courgettes, baby sweetcorn, asparagus, mushrooms, tomatoes)
you can cook in fry light or leave for a crunch

2. mix together 3 eggs 150g Low fat natural cottage cheese and chopped parsley.

3. Lay the chopped veg out in an oven proof flan dish then pour the cottage cheese mix over the top

4. pop in the oven 190/gas 5 for 30 mins or until set and golden

Serve the quiche with SW chips and salad
