Egg and Gammon Loaf


Egg and Gammon Loaf

preheat oven 200/ gas 6
Cube 397g cooked gammon
2 red peppers deseeded
2 large handfulls of chopped parsley
6 eggs beaten


spray a loaf tin with fry light, mix all the ingredients together and place in tin. Bake for 60 mins or until set.

Serve with cucumber and lettuce season with a twist of black pepper
